Stop by and see demonstrators from the Weavers Guild of Minnesota at World Art Day 2018 at the Northrop! Demonstrators will be present from 1-6pm.

Event Info: Celebrate World Art Day at this FREE event showcasing student art, workshops, interactive exhibits, robots, a light show, an open mic, and DJ dance party! Student groups, academic departments, and community organizations of all kinds will help fill Northrop with art, music, food and more!

TIMELINE
Noon – Kick-off with the U of M Marching Band
Noon-6:30 pm – Interactive murals/art stations/performances/workshops
5:00 pm – Open mic (4:30 pm registration)
6:30 pm – Pizza party
7:00 pm – DJ Dance Party on the Plaza
9:30 pm – Tesla Works light show

Art Stations: Stop by any of the Northrop study lounges for a creation stations and watch as a painting robot creates a masterpiece!
Interactive Art Murals: Take part in something big! Spray paint your love for art on murals on Northrop Plaza.
