Exhibition Opportunity:
The Weavers Guild of Minnesota seeks participants for an upcoming group exhibition celebrating the work of WGM members. Artists may each submit up to 3 pieces.
Exhibition Location: Hopkins Center for the Arts (HCA) second floor Lobby Gallery
Exhibition Subject/Content/Theme: Rugs (any kind, shape, size) by members. Work must be hang-ready. Exhibition Dates: December 6, 2018 – January 6, 2019
Opening reception: Thursday, December 6 from 6-8pm. All artists and WGM members are encouraged to attend.
Entrance Fees: There are no fees to the artist to participate.
Promotion: Both WGM and the gallery will be responsible for advertisement of the exhibition, including reception expenses. Artists agree that WGM and HCA may use images of their artwork in promotional materials.
Artwork insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the artist.
Artwork Delivery: Artists are responsible for the transit of artwork to WGM by the due date of November 21, 2018 by 3pm along with this form (or with the information found below). PLEASE NOTE NEW DUE DATE for work drop off. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exhibition Curation: Final curation/installation is at the discretion of the WGM exhibitions committee.
