Call for Art: The Baldishol Exhibit
The famous Baldishol Tapestry was discovered in Norway in 1879. It’s widely recognized as one of the earliest European tapestries and has inspired many a copy.
Contemporary artists: It’s your turn to be inspired by the Baldishol Tapestry. Norway House is looking for original weavings and other art works in fiber that look to the Baldishol Tapestry for inspiration for a textile art exhibit in the summer of 2020. More info—>
