Registration information

We accept registrations online using the links below, in-person at the Weavers Guild shop, or over the phone at 612-436-0463.

Online class registration typically closes one week before the class start date. If you would like to register for a class after online registration has closed, please feel welcome to contact the Guild to inquire about open spaces at 612-436-0463 or education@weaversguildmn.org.

Guild members receive discounts on classes. Membership to the Guild is open to all and directly supports Guild programming. To learn more or to become a member, visit our Membership page.

Cancellation policy

WGM reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop at any time. It is rare that we need to cancel a class, but a minimum enrollment of three students must be met at least one week prior to the class/workshop start date in order for the class to run. Submit your registration early to guarantee a spot in the class/workshop. In the event that WGM does cancel a class, registered students will receive a full refund.

Withdrawal policy

If you register for a class but are no longer able to attend, contact WGM as soon as possible. We do offer partial tuition refunds. Please see our full Cancellation Policy for more information.

Materials fees

Most classes require a materials fee, in addition to the tuition price, which covers the cost of handouts and some supplies. This materials fee is paid separately from tuition and paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class. You can find more information about materials fees of specific classes by clicking the REGISTER links in the class catalog.

Weaving classes may also require the purchase of yarns, which are not typically supplied by instructors. Most yarns required by WGM classes can be bought at Fiber Source, our store at the guild, or online in advance of class.
