Volunteers make it happen!

The Weavers Guild of Minnesota was founded as an all-volunteer organization in 1940. WGM now has grown into a professional 501c3 with a staff that performs day-to-day operations.

WGM relies on our generous volunteer community to help serve as ambassadors of the organization’s mission as well as reach new audiences.

We’d love to have you contribute your time and talent to help the mission of WGM to preserve and advance the arts of weaving, spinning and dyeing. Join us!

Annual opportunities to volunteer include:
Monthly Member meetings – monthly
Annual Potluck
Fairs and Festivals – year round
Library Programs – year round
Exhibitions and Openings – year round
Annual Fundraising Campaigns and Events – year round
World Art Day – April
Shepherd’s Harvest Festival – May
