Cancellation Policy

The Weavers Guild of Minnesota (WGM) reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop at any time. Classes without the minimum enrollment 7 days prior to the first scheduled session may be cancelled. In either situation, registered students will be notified and a full refund will be issued. Some classes have waiting lists; please notify the WGM of a withdrawal as soon as possible.

Students canceling 14 or more calendar days before a class starts will receive a refund of their tuition minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Students canceling between 14 and 8 calendar days before the class begins will receive a 50% refund of their tuition. Students canceling between 7 and 0 calendar days prior to the beginning of a class will receive no refund.

Workshop participants canceling at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of a workshop will receive a full refund of their tuition minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Students canceling between 30 and 8 days before the workshop begins will receive a 50% tuition refund.  Participants canceling between 7 and 0 days before a workshop begins will forfeit their tuition.

Visiting Artist Workshop Registration Policy 
As of March 2010, registration must be received in full 30 days prior to the start of a visiting artist workshop.  WGM will allow late registration (after 30 days) for an extra $15 fee.
